The 2nd announcement for Publication of selected papers relating with energy science from ISETS05

Dear authors of contributed papers,

We intend to publish a special section and/or special issue of the Journal of Propulsion and Power (published by AIAA), which will contain archival quality papers selected from ISETS05 conference.

All the good quality contributed papers relating with energy science, which were presented in 0S1 Renewable Energy, 0S2 Advanced Energy System, OS3 Advanced Energy Materials and 0S7 Social Energy System and other sessions, are welcome to be submitted as full papers.

　
Manuscript should be prepared following the attached template and converted into pdf file.
All figures in the paper should be of good and uniform quality.
Any write up in the figures should be large enough so that when the fiigure is reduced to fit in a double column of the journal, the write up is at least of 9 font size. For other details visit the AIAA website or see one of the recent issues of JPP.
This will expedite the publication process.
Submission of paper will be completed by Access to AIAA  (http://www.aiaa.org), select PUBLICATIONS & PAPERS, select SUBMIT A PAPER more info, select AIAA JOURNALS SUBMISSION WriteTrack select Start New, select Journal of Propulsion and Power, complete all required forms, and upload your pdf file.
Your paper presented at ISETS05 (International Symposium on EcoTopia Science 2005) can be regarded as a paper presented at a AIAA conference in 2005, since the ISETS05 was co-sponsored by AIAA.

　
At the same time, it is necessary to send pdf file of your paper to both Prof. Tatsuya Hasegawa and Prof. Ashwani Gupta (e-mail:t-hasegawa@esi.nagoya-u.ac.jp, akgupta@eng.umd.edu) to assure the submission.

　
The deadline of paper submission will be the end of September 2005.
Review of these papers will be communicated back to the authors as soon as possible.
It is anticipated that authors will have the review comments on thier papers by the end of  December 2005.
The special issue or special section of the JPP journal is planned to be published soon, as soon as the review of all the submitted papers is completed, hopefully in 2006.

P.S. We are also planning to publish selected papers in the other journal suitable for various kinds of subjects related with energy, but it is not fixed yet.
